- Keep your account secure
- Do your own research before buying anything

- Post fake or misleading information
- Spam or harass other users
- Try to hack or break our site
- Use our platform for anything illegal

We don't give business, legal, or financial advice. Talk to professionals before making big decisions.
🔍 Do Your Research
We don't verify business listings. It's your job to check everything before buying or selling.
Fees & Payments
Basic listings are currently free. We may add premium features later, but we'll give you 30 days notice before charging for anything new.
If we do charge fees, they're non-refundable and due immediately.
Account Termination
You can leave anytime: Just contact us or delete your account. Your listings will be removed.
We can remove bad actors: If you break these rules, spam people, or do anything illegal, we'll terminate your account.
Liability (The Legal Stuff)
Our platform is provided "as is." We try our best, but we can't guarantee everything will always work perfectly.
You're responsible for your own decisions. If a business deal goes wrong, that's between you and the other party - not us.
Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us (currently $0 for most users).
Changes & Updates
We might update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll post the changes here and email you if they're significant.
Continuing to use our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
